Heading to Romania is easy by flying from Frankfurt, London or Paris international airports. It’s a 2h:45m average flight and the tickets range between 100-200€

| 5 AUG | 9:00 AM – Competitors arrive in Bucharest at the meeting point (in front of the House of the Parliament) where they’ll be picked up by buses and heading to CAMP 1 |
| The competitors will receive their BIB numbers and the road books | |
| 12:00 – Welcome and accomodation in the allocated tents | |
| 15:00 – The medical check, gear check and all prerace paperwork will be done | |
| Runners must hand over their luggage and keep only the backpack needed for the race | |

| 7 AUG | 8:00AM – start of Stage2 (time limit 12h) |
| 8 AUG | 7:00AM – start of Stage 3 (time limit 13h) |
| 9 AUG | 6:00AM – start of Stage 4 – long stage (time limit 36h) |
| 10 AUG | Rest day |
| 11 AUG | 8:00AM – start of Stage 5 (time limit 12h) |

| 13:00 – Heading to Brasov to Bella Muzica hotel which will become our headquarters for the two days trip following the race. | |

| 10:00AM – Tour of Brasov visiting The Black Church, The Fortress-on-Straja, The White Tower, The Rope Street – one of the narrowest streets in the world. Free time for shopping, souvenirs. |
